Larry has over 20 years of extensive software and systems engineering experience in effectively managing and designing 网络, 移动, 的声音, and multi-modal user interface services. Larry is a leader for IBI Group’s ATIS practice, having managed multiple 511 deployments as well as having been a creator of the IBI Group 511 IVR platform.
His responsibilities include the oversight of Operations and Maintenance and client management for a substantial number of IBI Group’s 12 旅行者 信息部署. Larry is a visionary in interaction design and is the inventor or co-inventor on multiple user experience design patents.
